I am looking into building a custom PC case for my work, and the Camino risers are very much what I am after for moving multiple PCI cards off of the motherboard.
I probably need about 5, but from reading here the MOQ is 100 at a price of about €100. That's a cool €10,000.
I am tossing about the idea of purchasing these and reselling (if Camino are cool with it) to cover my costs.
But, frankly, I have little to no idea of the potential market, I imagine it is small but maybe enough to get 100 out the door.
So really I'm just asking who would be interested? It depends on a lot of things, but if the €100 price is including VAT/taxes I would probably need to charge £125-135 to cover costs and labour of sorting it all out.
Is there interest in such a thing at such a price?
