Just thinking of the casses that have the GPU on the other side of the mb... The Element Q looks like a good small case, change it up a little... Make the ODD slim, rase the mb tray up, so the case hase room on the bottom for a duel slot gpu & I would like making the io cutout fit a 3.5 io panel you can just buy...

There are definitely risers that can handle a GPU - HDPlex, Li-Heat, 3M, etc sell their own variants

I think the Elem q would make a awesome case with a few changes to hold a GPU under the MB...
