I am building a new system with Intel's Skylake platform. The goal is to have an uSFF and low-power system with a dGPU. These are the parts I've selected:

Gigabyte GA-H110N
8GB DDR4 (1.2V)
256GB Samsung Evo 850 M.2 as boot drive
PicoPSU-160-XT
Mini-Box M350
GTX 750 Ti
Windows 10
Peripherals (USB DAC, optical mouse, wireless card, etc)

The one thing I am uncertain about is the CPU. Debating whether to go with the i5-6400T, i5-6400, or i5-6500. Both CPU and dGPU run off a 160W power supply along with the peripherals.

You can totally go for the i5-6500 with that config! You will be well under the system draw--I built a system almost identical to this one except, of course, the chassis.

Speaking of chassis, what is your plan for fitting the 750ti into the Mini-Box M350?

Good luck and have fun!

Awesome, thank you! Curious if you have ever measured the total system power draw with Kill-A-Watt?
