Best AM4 cpu cooler?

I'm currently using a NH-L9a and I know this is highly recommended as it is basically a slightly better L9i.

Is there anything better? Or could I put a faster or taller fan on the L9a?

EDIT: For clarification I am using the Skyreach 4 Mini

well.. it totally depends on your cpu cooler height limitation. as I understand, you're probably limited up to 40mm. then, NH-L9a might be the best option.

I mean, yeah. There are better coolers. But they're big (and ugly).
