I was thinking of using this card in a case with an existing 280mm rad that is currently just cooling the CPU. Does anyone have first hand experience with this card in a custom loop? I'm curious how well the integrated water block offloads some heat to the hybrid heatsink and acts as a mini 2nd rad vs normal gpu + waterblock. Does it effectively help cool the loop (i.e. just CPU) if the GPU isn't being stressed?

I had a 980 Ti Poseidon pared with a 5820k on my last build, since the block was just a single copper channel through the center of the hot plate it didn't add any noticeable improvements to my loop, however I had 2 x 360 black ice radiators and a front mounted 420mm so it was probably overkill in the first place.
