Just wondering if I could do a custom loop in the ssupd with 11900k and a liquid 3090(ftw3).
I was even thinking of a liquid cooled card on the inside with an air coold card on the outside.
Ps. Also looking for pcie 4.0 bifurcation and no spacing(slot1 and 2) rtx 30 bridges and hybrid 3090s or 6900xts with a rog Poseidon like design.
Pos. Is and crossfire usable with pcie bifurcation?

the best slim 280 rad is the HWL GTS280 and it is rated for 800W of cooling capacity so you're probably OK. not sure about any other rad from other brands though.

According to the ssupd specification sheet, the HWL GTS 280 is too wide for the case, although it probably will fit with some modifications.

I just assumed at 14.5L it should have fit, don't really pay close attention to that case.

Tks, as long as it doesn’t affect the look, I can probably do some mods.
then you could go for the HWL L-series stealth 280 - it's the OEM version of the GTS280. It is standard-width at 140mm due to having 2 less tubes and rated at 100W lower. At 700W cooling capacity though, you're probably right on the edge - 350-400W 3090 + 300-350W 11900K

How about using a 5950x? It’s tdp is around 150w right?that might work better. Also how about the ekwb ce280?

Would using a 6900xt help?

280 GTS should fit without modifications if you put fans between it and the bracket. With a single 280mm rad though the noise level might be quite high during heavy CPU+GPU workloads. In that case, you might want to undervolt the GPU.

On 11900K: don't trust Intel's cherry-picked gaming benchmarks as they choose the same several games where 10900K outperformed 5900X. I think when we see the real-world benchmarks 5950X should keep its lead.

I just saw optimum tech do 3090 on 140 with 70~80c with fans at 1500rpm, same results on 3950x too. So if I’m not running Cinebench, I should be fine then. TKS

Might try undervolting too!
