AMD just released their RX6600 GPU - with only 130W TDP actually a perfect card for ITX - but it seems ASRock is so far the only partner who offers a card of roughly that size.
The RX 6600 Challenger ITX is designed basically the same like the RX 6600XT version. Street price is estimated to be about USD 130,- cheaper compared to the XT variant, but let's wait and see...
