I found a Switch on McMaster-Carr that fits what I'm trying to accomplish with an offline backup solution, 3/4" Panel-Mount Key Switch (7278K17), but I'm not sure what the matching solder lug terminal is. I assume it is a female quick-disconnect, but the smallest width tab they stock is 0.250", while the tabs on the switch are 0.080" wide.

Anyone know of any connectors that fit the bill? Or, would you just solder the wires directly to the switch terminals?

Those are some tiny pins! 0.008" is around 2mm, so you'd want 2.2mm female connectors.. sort of like https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2251832506117669.html?gatewayAdapt=glo2usa4itemAdapt

Way back when I was looking into (personally) selling power buttons and associated sockets to reduce the wiring headache. I wonder if such a thing exists for yours. Alas a quick google turned up nothing :/
I was able to find these, https://www.newark.com/amp-te-connectivity/63391-2/female-disconnect-2-36mm-uninsulated/dp/43AC4195. Looks exactly like what's required. And the best part is you can buy them individually, so no need for a pack of 100 when all you need is a few dozen.
