Log 120x120 tiny socket motherboard potential build

Hi all,

I was just doing some searching for a potential new build and came accross this:

Its a 120mmx120mm board which can fit a 6th gen intel (manual also mentions 7th but not quite sure about that), 2 m.2 slots and capable of DDR4 up to 32gb.

Is the the smallest socketed motherboard? I haven't seen smaller! It looks like it needs their own cooler, and power is limited to 100w, and a max of 65w of that is CPU.

Thought it was interesting, I've messaged them for a quote (so I'm guessing they only deal in purchasing in bulk but we'll see.)

Might not work as I'm thinking but so far I can't see why not.
