    Downside of the Aorus pro I see is that there is no USB C header for the front panel. What's was your use case with the 3900x? Was it just pure gaming? Did you always stay on ECO mode?

    The Aorus pro is +50usd. I'll have a look and weigh on the features. Thanks for the replies. I'm just glad that 3900x is still viable.

    I might be looking into a B550 board. Gigabyte B550I AORUS PRO AX or MSI MPG B550I Gaming Edge Wifi which costs 200USD. CPU is 375usd so total would be 575usd. Will mostly use for FPS games (for now) and light video and photo editing. Maybe it's overkill and just get 5600x?

    There a deal in my area where a 3900x is the same price as 5600x. I currently have i7 6700 with Asetek 645lt as cooler. Can it really handle the 3900x? For me it's ok not to overclock.
