    Radeon 6800's Compatibility

AMD puts both 6800XT and 6900 at 300w TDP.

    2.5" HDD 7mm vs 15mm (A4-SFXv4.1)

Just a clarification, the standard 2.5" thickness is 9.5mm not 7mm.

    Opinion for my first mount

Do you plan to upgrade the GPU later on to a model that consumes more power? For the 3070 you can get the 600W PSU, if the price difference isn't big keep the 750w though.

    DAN A4 V4.1 build with Ryzen 5600X

Are you getting more FPS in games with the CPU OC? Reviews seem to indicate otherwise.

    DAN A4-SFX v4.1

And how exactly do you intend to power the TEC on top of the CPU and GPU? The power draw gets insane with these hot chips.

    Opinion for my first mount

You can get a 3600MHz RAM for the same price or maybe even cheaper than 3200MHz RAM, and well Ryzen loves faster RAM. You could also save some money by going for the non OC version of the Eagle 3070 and OC it yourself. If it's available for you that is.

    Radeon 6800's Compatibility

New Ryzen also has same TDP, one of the biggest points about it is more performance at same TDP. TDP is not the problem with getting the card inside the A4, it's the physical dimensions. Check the compatibility threads for each card. Although someone managed to fit an EVGA 3080,check the main A4...

    Opinion for my first mount

Get a Ryzen 5600X of course. ANd change the relevant components accrodingly.

TDP drop? The 6800 is 250W I think, the 6800XT and 6900XT are 300W these two I'm sure they are 300W. But there is no TDP drop, this whole generation is all about massive TDP hikes.

Dan A4 - Expected Air Cooling Temperatures with i7, GTX 1070 and Alpenfohn Black Ridge Low Profile CPU Cooler with NF-A12x15 PWM Chromax Black Fan

There's a CPU power setting in the motherboard you can tune down. I forget what it's called exactly and idk if it applies to non k intel parts. But I saw @dondan recommending tuning it down in other threads.

    DAN A4-SFX v4.1

It's because of chip quality. Not all chips can achieve the same clocks at the same voltages. That's why the BIOS has a voltage/frequency curve that is going to work on all chips, including the worst ones. How far down you can underclock is dependent on how lucky you are at getting a better...

    DAN A4-SFX v4.1

According to OptimumTech undervolting his 3080 got it down to only using 265W, which is a huge reduction in power. For ITX systems helps with PSU thermals as well, especially if you have a 600W unit.

    DAN A4-SFX v4.1

The power consumption when undervolted is such a massive improvement. A typical 2 slot cooler with undervolt would be within the thermal capabilities of the Dan A4. But all AIBs went 2+ slots
