You know its not the real flow rate meter right ;)? Agree with @For_Science The only real flow meter on the market is Aquacomputer Highflow 1/2. Rest is garbage.

It's worth to mention it's not W1 fault. Almost all non-reference RTX 3000 are just too tall to be watercooled in SFF. Even for 3090FE you can only watercool with EK/Bitspower blocks. Bykski/Corsair with traditional layout will be too tall.

Dont you think that delta between coolant and gpu is a bit high? I have the same block and experiencing same issue. I've had Bykski on a 3080 fe before and never seen delta higher than 12 degrees - with same power(350W). It feels like this block is focued on aesthethics rather than performance...

I would suggest you build in o11d mini with the same components to give a real comparison. Both for positive pressure with no exhaust fans. The case is cheap so it shouldnt be a problem. O11d and its derivatives are known for not so great temperatures so you should shine as well.

If your 3090 is 60 degrees, then your coolant is around 45 degrees, you are running into territory that is unhealthy for the ddc pump + it's definitely too high for hard tubing - fortunately you are using soft one. But keep an eye out for the pump. My ddc failed after 6 months of running the...

It's an interesting concept but I can't see you competing with the likes of NR200p/TU150. In order to do that, you would have to find yourself a niche - focus on watercooling maybe, make case 30mm taller to fit another rad on bottom + maybe make dedicated mounting for pump+res? something like EK...
