Why is the MSI Ventus RTX 3080 listed as not compatible? Shouldn't it fit if you remove the front I/O? This is the card I'm aiming to get when available. I would deshroud it as it seems to have a dual-slot heatsink but I think it should work even in stock form, no? I guess my question is why...

What about PSU temps/noise? Based on how the PSU is mounted, I suspected it would be affected most by more ventilation.

The skeleton looks good but I still think/hoping for vented (metal) panels in the final build as it looks thermally limited and defeats the purpose of being able to install a large cooler.

D15 + Accelero 3 cooler in a SFF case is exactly the same thing I want. I've had to settle for the Ncase M1 but would definitely upgrade to this when available. I hope build of materials increases however as an acrylic case/panels is unappealing. I also wonder if with the GPU cover/chamber...

Just a thought, but could you extend the hole pattern on the front to the edge and allow for 2x 120mm fan mounts? Maybe also the extend the length of the case a bit so the fans don't interfere with the GPU and side fans/rad?
