I got them from online shop in Taiwan. I also found that there's same standoffs in taobao, maybe you can try aliexpress? Another solution is that you can change standoff to 25mm or 26mm M3 standoff and use M3 screw for PCIE riser cable.

Bitspower Leviathan SF 280 is a four port radiator, there will be conflict between the case and the stop fitting on the radiator. Maybe you can get a corsair XR5 for similar performance.

After trying with another backplate, the performance was nearly same as the taobao one. Sorry for my misleading information, the screws are fine.

I am using the original AMD backplate. Maybe the quality of backplate was not good, so it cause the issue. Maybe add some washer like ek Classic amd does would help solve the problem. I’ll do more test for it.
