Discussion Are there any SFF cases around 4-7L that use a SFX PSU and dont cost a fortune?

This one should do it, not exactly your own SFX PSU but is its own PSU. And should not cose a fortune.

Production M2427 - Cable Management Freedom

Yeah lol everything went wrong with it. But I’m definitely saving the cables though for a future build, maybe in an SM560 or a Dancase, we’ll see. It’s the AsRock B450 itx board. I still think the ATX power connector still needs to be near the upper right corner, or it won’t fit.

After trying it out, NONE of the cables fit. All of them were too short, which was disappointing to say the least. The 24-pin ATX cable was too short, and while the CPU cables technically could fit, the cables directly go over the fan which is impossible as I am using a fan shroud. Guess I’ll be...

Production SENTRY 2.0: Evolution of console-sized gaming PC case

My cables are coming in this week, so hopefully I could try the M2427 cables and report back next week. Should work great though, and the space savings definitely would help a lot with breathability/pressure of pushing of components

Production SENTRY 2.0: Evolution of console-sized gaming PC case

From the past campaign, it usually comes in waves. Like there is a 1st wave (not limited by region), 2nd wave, etc. depending on when you ordered it. Also to any newbie builders (like me) who never built in an SFFPC: IF you have the cash, pay for custom cables! It’s extremely worth it in my...

Production SENTRY 2.0: Evolution of console-sized gaming PC case

OH LOL I thought @Treshy was replying to himself and I was like"???" but it's actually @Thrusher I bought these to replace my Corsair cables due to them still being way too long and cramming it in my case. I emailed J-Hack and he said it's a perfect size for the Sentry, but couldn't test it...

(TRAVEL) Taking your SFF build on a plane and getting it past Security check

Just an update for those wondering, I recently traveled from the US to Indonesia and no major problems faced. In the US, TSA told me to get the pc out (like a laptop) in a separate bin. They said any large electronics must be in a separate bin. Other than that I went through easily. In Japan...

    J-HACK Mod Shop

Just bought all the cables, hoping it will fit with my case since the Corsair cables are horrendous and almost broke my USB Type 3.0 connector :(

Only the PC for me, though my friend tried it. He packed his 24" monitor (must not be super thick) inside his luggage padded with all his clothes. Works great though

(TRAVEL) Taking your SFF build on a plane and getting it past Security check

Have travelled before US -> JP -> IDN, no problems at all. No one batted an eye at my Sentry 1.1 (full build with Mobo, GPU, PSU, everything), as it fit my backpack. No one said anything to me and just let it pass through, though in Japan they asked me to take out my PC in a separate bin but...
