Advice Louqe Ghost S1 & 7900XTX universal block

I agree that yes, vram needs active cooling. look at the problems that first versions of 3090 had with those vram modules on the back of the pcb. Will it work without active cooling? Yes Do I think that fittings touching the lateral panel is a much lesser problem that vram not cooled properly...

Advice Louqe Ghost S1 & 7900XTX universal block

I have my ghost s1 here, and according to the measurements on the EK pdf, it would fit, so you could go for it I believe.... https://www.ekwb.com/shop/EK-IM/EK-IM-3831109904114.pdf

Log Help with High-End A4-H2O build!

Some things I can help you with: First of all I don´t have am5, I use am4, so take that in mind. On the cpu side I´d go with the 7950x, I don´t see the x3d advantage at all for work, or playing at high resolution, which many of us do. On the RAM side, I´m not sure why you need such a huge...

    S4MAX: Brickless S4M w/ 3090 FE and R9 5950x - 800W, 5l, water cooled

One little detail about that block. I have that block for the 3080 ti, and the anounced measurements are for the "carbon fiber part" for some reason the outlet-inlet chrome piece is not included... this is causing me some problems, it´s just 15 mm or so, but is enough difference to wrck you in...

NCASE M1 V6 GPU Compatibility List

https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/radeon-rx-7900-xtx.c3941 287*135*50 it would fit I think, but it´s going to be very very close to the side panel. you´ll probably need a 180 degree connector on the side

But those fans cannot be the problem. I´m thinking that maybe what you are seeing is normal... I´ll explain myself.: When I had a 3700x, the temps where over the roof also, and couldn´t make it goo cooler unless I manual undervolt it, the problem being that the motherboard (the same as yours)...

Wow, that´s some high temps. I wouldn´t do a proper stress test either although it would trigger thermal protection and nothing would happen but still... First use HMinfo or other software you like and see what voltages you have, just in case the MB is providing too much vcore for any reason...

Can you please give more details? like is the AIO as exhaust or intake? what temps are you getting exactly and under which test? Is there a problem with the cpu temps? gpu temps? both? Post some pics so we can look at how it looks. And also some info, is this the first time you build a pc? Is...

    DAN C4-SFX

I just make the draw that way in order to "see" the idea better, but maybe it´s more confusing. I imagine the heatpipes alternatively being one type or the other, more so given the fact that the motherboard mounts an Epyc cpu with plenty of room to put heatpipes with direct contact with the...

looking at the last drawing: Half the heatpipes could go to the left doing all those turns, and the other half to the right in a more straight fashion, so each side is more or less equal lenght edit: here you can see a well engineered design

those fans would work great in this case with a thicker than normal rad or a more dense one. Interesting!
