Have you checked for network driver updates? You can use Asus Armoury Crate or download them from the motherboard product page. Just be aware that the wired and wireless use separate drivers, so be sure you don't only update one of them.

I have an ENP 7660B 600W Flex ATX PSU I purchased with my Velka 5 from Velkase, no issues with noise. Though I will say that I am not stressing it at all with a 12400 and RX 6650 XT. I can't say what the sound profile is like if it was loaded up closer to capacity.

My understanding is that the non signature edition will be more in line with the Viper V2 Pro and Deathadder V3 Pro pricing. I would assume that the magnesium alloy body is what drives that price up and the normal edition will have a polymer body, but that's just speculation on my part.

All else being equal, there is still going to be a difference because the 12600K has E-cores and the 12400 doesn't. If you want reduced power consumption and E-cores you could always get the 13400/13500.

Yeah, it definitely will. I have a Velka 5, and while it is a little smaller, the backpack I use (28L or 29L pack) to carry it while flying has loads of extra space and would easily fit a Velka 7 with room to spare.

Take a look at the Velka 7, easily fits in a backpack.
