Had the same problem... had to swap the 2 wires on the Noctua 2 pin adapter connector. The PSU seems to be using a different polarity standard for the 2 pin than Noctua does. Just strip the plug by pushing the small metal plates in and pulling it off, then reinsert the wires the other way around...
