Did you end up using a small routing bit or the tracksaw?

Have you considered embedding heat pipes in the copper block? That might help transfer the heat to the bigger area and give a better temperature? Would you consider cutting a couple of channels in your aluminium block to test?

To confirm, I think what your asking for is referred to as “half height” or “low profile” cards? My understanding is 1650 or a2000 are your only options in the LP category. Typically LP cards just use the 75w from the pcie Lane, so getting something more powerful may be a struggle...

I still wish I had purchased a load of these, removed the wheel and sold them as "Pico Res" for double the price. Here is How I used it.

Be careful with these boards, they are actually two different sizes. One is standard itx 17x17 the other is 17x18. This caught me out before
