I was wondering if there's a laptop chassis or shell that would fit with this board,
it could potentially make an upgradable laptop.. with atx to dc converter..
But the cooling and the I/O Shield might be an issue...
especially with higher end renoir,
Laptop cooling always have a very customized...
Hi, i hope this is the right sub
I plan on creating multi-motherboard casing for Micro ATX + Ryzen APU based machines (no GPU).
I have made a rough sketch using tinkercad :
red = motherboard
blue = frame holder of some sort for motherboard and PSU
black = PSU
light brown = power button
? When did i say that? I said i want to build an apu case. And inwin chopin is the most ideal one ive seen so far. But the one i own has been around for years so im thinking might as well replace the psu when i upgrade the apu
Hi, i plan on changing inwin chopin's psu and after reading this :
apparently that combination doesnt work,
so i'm thinking of using Pico PSU to plug it directly to the motherboard so that there's a room for...
Thanks for checking,
Hmm after reading some fanless build reviews and comments i'm not sure if i should pursue fanless path or go with fan + magnetic dust filter.
The main interest for me was the dust-free machine, i dont mind a little noise.
if fan+ dust filter could achieve the same thing at...
Since apparently running even H1+ 2400G fanless isn't feasible, i was wondering has anyone tried H3 + underclocked 4350G?
H3 theoretically could handle 80 watt, undervolted 4350G should require less than that.
4350GE is a bit hard to find and i think undervolting it is cheaper and yield the same...
Hi @pappl, are you using cirrus incus a300 for this?
If i'm not wrong, on other thread you said you bought incus a300.
I was gonna buy it for 4750g, but if it cant even handle 3400g maybe i'll look into monsterlabo
Hmm yeah i think i have an idea of how loud it is,
i got a HGST 4u60 JBOD rack with 2 flex ATX PSUs, and its a bit loud even during idle,
and its really loud during startup.
I couldnt find a quiet flex PSU though,
This was recommended cause it's passive, but not sure if it'll fit Zs-am4...
Thanks for the advice, but i already pick up Zs-4m through superbuy,
Those 3 cases still looks bigger than Zs-4m..
I actually plan another 27 inch monitor AIO build that could house mini-itx + SFX PSU + mini-gtx,
But i want to be able to swap the GPU to the mini itx case in case i need it ,
Ah sorry should have been more clear, for my 2nd drive, 2.5 inch hdd or ssd is fine.
I'm gonna use nvme as my main os drive anyway.
After some googling looks like Zs-A4 is the best one so far,
however it only supports Flex-atx so i guess i'll have to find one as well..
Thanks, i'll keep an eye when its available.
Any other cases?
Edit : after watching the vid on their web, looks like it only fits DC to ATX psu.
Is there any other cases that could fit mini PSU such as Silverstone's SG-500?
Thanks, but i think those are a little too big for me, i've had cooler master 110 before, and i'm looking for something with similar size of Dan A4-sfx or possibly smaller, cause even Dan cases are made for full-sized GPU
Hi, i'm looking for smallest possible case for these :
Asrock z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/AC
Gigabyte RTX mini 2060
3000mhz 16gb memory
HDD 2.5/3.5 1TB for cctv
PSU silverstone SX-500 LG
Googled some case but most of them are made for full sized gpu..
Also i was wondering if...
