All 1650 are wel, but Asus seem toe be little beter because of PWM and little more quiet operation. Price difference in RU is not significant, so бери асус (get asus) ;)
Before my complains about 'vacuum cleaner' I didn't realize that other fans are making noice too, especially that cpu blower...
Maybe its just a matter of personal perception. I've been using very silent PC before, that's why my Asus sounds as "vacuum cleaner " ) In case with better airflow it would be less audible. I'm glad it makes no noise at all in 2D, thats why i bought it in first place.
I think it was my first...
Asus is audible above 40% fan speed (~2000rpm) and noisy as vacuum cleaner at target temp 83C and 90% fan speed (4000rpm) in my case. Zotac has at least bigger heatsink that also covers VRM and i assume the card can be not that noisy in games.
Used Mint 7 or 8 on thin laptop years ago and sticked to ubuntu on desktop since 16 release.. Didn't hear about Proton, sounds interesting. Have installed Win 10 as second os specially for games, but booted few times when i bought card)
