Don't give up! I also missed out on both campaigns but was able to find a 1.1 for sale on Reddit.

I'm currently planning a 3600 with an l9a (parts list here), but may opt for a Blackridge with the higher-rpm fan from the l9a if temps are really that much better. Thanks for those insights @Treshy!

Are you building in a 1.1, or just prepping your 2.0 build on a test bench? Curious because I was thinking about using the blackridge in my 1.1 that arrives in the next week.

Hi Necere, next time you're bored, perhaps you could think about what this case would look like with the same style vents on a larger area of the side panel? I know it's just a concept, but at such a small size I'm guessing it would most likely be passively cooled and call for more ventilation...

Does anybody know if am4 mounting hardware exists for the LP53? So far it's been tough to find anything

Once again, really appreciate the reply :) I was originally targeting a 2070S for this build, but after reading the hardforum thread, it seems most people had better luck with blower models of high TDP cards. Unfortunately the number of blower model 2070S cards that also fit the sentry is...

Great to know, I'll be targeting a 2070 super for my build, so I'll look at getting a blower model. Nope, wasn't me! I was planning to build in a Catz C1 until I found this sentry I found for close to original retail (paying $220). Here's my parts list!

Thanks for the reply @polarium, I really appreciate it. If my case is #83, does anybody know if that would make it a 1.0, or a 1.1? I've also PMd the Zaber guys, but thought I'd ask :) And a general question, would blower style GPUs be preferable to fan style in this case? Can't wait to build...

Hi all, A bit off topic as my question is about the Sentry v1.. can anybody speak to their experience with the thermals in v1? I'm looking to put a 1080ti and an i5 9600k in it but am a bit worried about heat. I'm new to SFF builds, so any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!
