For anyone that bought the "riser upgrade"
There is a small shining light for those who are interested. Even though it is NOT a full PCIE 4.0 which has been debated here...
I dont think it is about improvement, the question was "where is the update on the sheet to allow the clients to know they are in queue for the last shipment"
or are you saying you won't be doing this anymore and you are asking everyone to just wait for a tracking number that will eventually come.
No the official stance is "it is not full PCIE4.0, however if you leave everything as normal, at least your machine will POST normal" because if you had the original PCIE3.0 cable from the KS days + Batch 1/2, you wouldn't have been to past boot. the solution was to switch down your PCIE (take...
Refunds are usually 2-3 business days depending on the issuing bank. It was Good Friday when Alex made the response so I would say give it a week (Easter Monday is also a holiday so banking might take a few).

Actually this is not true.
I have a RTX 3060 with the first batch Mjolnir and the computer won't POST unless I downgrade the riser and force. So the whole point of the riser extra cost is to avoid this. We (the community that believe in this product) have bought new parts from 2020-2022, so...
as long as it does fry everything ...certainly ITX aint cheap lol - if it fries my PSU it will give me an excuse to switch to corsair..(but that will mean I will need to re-order custom cables again lol)
How do I help? can I help remotely as in...u just need stats of the current voltage?
