Well, a short pcb means very little, a 3090 and a 4080 also have a short pcb. The 220 watt powerdraw likely means you'll see two fan coolers at best. And with everyone re-using cooler and shrouddesigns I don't think you'll find anything smaller than the smaller 3070's in circulation.
Personally...
To the Densium 4+ v1 users here: has anyone tried cramling a GPU with 228 mm lenght inside? It has some tolerance to go past 222mm, but not a lot. I have the option of getting a cheap 6700 non xt Fighter model with 228 mm lenght. Would be epic if it squeezed in!
My suggestion: Increase height for a taller cooler.
1. The worthwhile (for 1080p gaming) rdna2 apu's will only be in the higher end cpu's. AMD will sprinkle some rdn2 cores on all cpu's for basic video output, but only a one or two cpu's will get enough cores to be viable for more than basic...
Probably the pcb solderpoints touch metal when screwed into the metal bracket. When attached to the caseframe this grounds into the flex powersupply and loops 5v from the usb header to ground somehow, triggering the overcurrentprotection? Washers prevent contact between pcb and metal frame...
I'm running the asus b550i. Cable loom was perfect, though the 24 pin bend was a bit uncomfortable, wouldn't have minded one or two cm more wiggling space on the cables. Just compare the position of the 24 pin and 8 pin between the two. It's itx, usually its pretty much the same space. Not a lot...
To be fair, you doing that actually helps out everyone. Densium gets a small boost because you keep rewatching. Youtube will start tracking what parts you stop and rewind to and eventually provide a generated semi-chapter list above the playbar which should pretty much corralate to most steps in...
They also mentionned you could go two ways: increased performance for about 50% more powerdraw. Or equal performance as comparable previous gen for half the powerdraw. So suppose you tune it to about 5600x performance (which to be fair is more then plenty for gaming on all but the highest...
I too would recommend ordering the 7660 with your case and add one or two centimeters to the recommended cable lenght suggested on the densium website. Don't forget overteks powersupply comes without basic c13 power cord to plug into your wall outlets, so order your own. You can opt for a fan...
It's a shame i'm already more than satisfied with the Densium 4+ V1. This assembly video really makes me want to upgrade, but I can't quite justify that cost currently. Edit: just to clarify: I think the price is good, excellent even for the quality case you'll recieve. I just don't have the...
