20mm rad + 25mm fans should fit with a waterblocked GPU? As mentioned, some other fellow earlier in the thread is running a 30mm rad with 20mm fans and it fits. Though, doesn't leave enough space between fan/gpu for my tastes.

Are you getting any turbulence noises from the fans being sandwiched between the radiator and the side/top panels? Also, your loop looks overly complex. Was it not possible to, for example, connect the in/out tubes on the bottom of the top radiator rather than routing around to the top? And...

What part are you talking about, specifically? Is it this? If so, perhaps the yellow-highlighted panel easy-connect plugs are what interferes with a larger rad mounted directly against the bracket thus, no, there isn't more room?
