    Concept Epsilon 570 V2 | 4.77L 3D printed case, improved design

Hi, I printed with PLA, but I don't recommend it as it can deform at relatively low temps. ABS or PETG are the usual that are used for pc cases, they can withstand high temps much better.

Solid edge. Not a widely used one, but I learned it through a uni class.

    Concept Epsilon 570 V2 | 4.77L 3D printed case, improved design

This is the second rendition of my first case (here). As previously, this is a general post and a step by step assembly for anyone who's interested. The case got a whole liter bigger and it's printed with 10 piece, plus a plethora of improvements. As before, it can be printed with a small...

It's 50 Euros down from 135 and there's currently 2 cases left in stock. I bought mine there, it's great. They ship within Germany for 7 Euros and, from their FAQ, a few neighboring countries for 13+ Euros. https://www.csv.de/artinfo.php?artnr=A2902958&KATEGORIE=2907

    Concept Epsilon 570 | 3.77L 3D printed case design

I have made a V2 which you can find here! This is my first 3d printed case design, the Epsilon 570! I have yet to see this form factor on the 3d printing file sites I frequent, so I took a stab at it. This post is meant to be it's own thing and although I made this for personal use, also as a a...

Concept 3.94L 3D printed slim case for an ITX board, LP GPU and a Flex 1U PSU

Hi, this case specifically I've put on ice, for a first I didn't pick an easy formfactor. I have made plenty of design mistakes I have learned from, from which I went into this project. I'm just about make a post about the final version. I'll pick the formfactor up again sometime, because I love...

massacring a noctua fan to test an RTX A2000 fan shroud

Actually good to know that replacing the fan could also do the trick, didn't know if it was a case by case thing or that the fan was just trash. Repasting is a good idea, I'm also aiming to replace the thermal pads with the copper bracket.

massacring a noctua fan to test an RTX A2000 fan shroud

So here are the components. The printed pieces, a cut down fan (Gelid Silent 5), 4 fan screws and the original shroud screws. And here the completed shroud. stock shroud || custom shroud It doesn't perform great, but that's alright, in idle it doesn't sound like a jet engine at least...

massacring a noctua fan to test an RTX A2000 fan shroud

PLA test print; holes all line up, great. IO shield can still be attached. Redesign for a 50x15mm fan to fit in the original dimensions. Same high, + ~1mm length and width and better supports. Plus an extra air duct so all the air goes torwards the fins. Next I'm waiting for the 50mm fan...

massacring a noctua fan to test an RTX A2000 fan shroud

My A2000 is loud as hell and the existing solutions are expensive or dont fit my formfactor. I had the idea in my head to use a 60mm fan and cut the frame in half and turn it into a blower, so that it round about stay in the existing dimensions of the card (I know there are definitely existing...
