Discussion Second EPS cable for the Fractal Design Ion?

I am planning a GPU-less Threadripper build and the Fractal Design Ion SFX-L PSU fits my plans real well. I noticed there is a third ATX-12V/PCI-E connector with four 12V contacts according to the review on this site and so an EPS cable is a possibility. But where to get one? (Well, there will be some throwaway level GPU for booting, otherwise it'll be an eGPU which I already have.)

Where the Gigabyte Alpine Ridge GC didn't work, the Titan Ridge GC does work on a lot of motherboards without the special header, explictly on with the X399+1950X as detailed here:

With Covid, I estimate travel is over for at least a year if not two so time to assemble a desktop. My primary use is programming, not gaming. The 1950X is still a 16 core beast even if it's not a single thread king and sometimes you can find a cheap one used.
