Browsing the usual sources across the web, I came across a snippet from VideoCardz.com noting the emergence of ASRock’s new sub branding – “Phantom Gaming”. Corsair at Computex 2018

Corsair, maker of the popular “One” SFF system, had a private suite on show at Computex 2018, much like last year. The big news for us SFF’rs this year (albeit beaten at the last moment by Silverstone) was the Corsair SF600 Platinum SFX Modular power supply. Let’s have a look! This new power supply is an update to the original Gold rated SF600 – which James reviewed here. Upon first glance, only minor component changes …

Click here to check out their website and to learn more about their latest products. The Udoo Bolt, an embedded board currently in the process of a Kickstarter campaign, was on show at Computex 2018! The board features an integrated AMD Ryzen V1000 APU, dual DDR4 support (with ECC if you desire!), three M.2 slots, and is Arduino compatible. At 12x12cm, this is even smaller than STX, albeit with the limitation of an embedded processor. Let’s see how this awesome piece …

Click here to check out their website and to learn more about their latest products. Walking through the hectic show halls of Computex 2018 towards another meeting, we spied something a little different from the traditionally server focused Supermicro. A consumer orientated M-ITX board? Let’s have a look! Not a bad showing at all from a company that doesn’t traditionally cater to the consumer market. It seems Supermicro has taken their (immense) server expertise and translated it into a retail motherboard …

Taking hints from the SFF world, Streacom has produced a chassis that quite possibly will fill the needs of many, all whilst retaining Streacom’s attention to detail and QC. We previewed this chassis a few weeks back, but we got to check out some of the finer aspects of this product in …

First up, MSI’s Z370i Gaming Pro Carbon AC (can we suggest a word limit to product names? Please?). This Coffee Lake board features the usual assortment of ports, but in MSI’s own style. Click here to check out their website and to learn more about their latest products. BIOSTAR, rather the underdog in the Western PC components market, didn’t have much of interest to us SFF’rs this year, so we just shot through the booth, grabbing a couple of quick snaps. Here goes! BIOSTAR’s Racing NUC-a-like was on display. This little box features about the same processor, RAM and storage as my $200 laptop. Eep! All joking aside, this little racer has some OK …
