Zotac continues to push VR with their upcoming VR GO 4.0 backpack SFF PC. The GO 4.0 comes equipped with an Intel I7 8-core/16-thread CPU, Nvidia RTX A4500 16GB GPU, and 16GB DDR4 memory. More importantly, it also includes a battery that can last up to 50 minutes, and is hot-swappable.
I'm hazarding a guess that the A4500 is not the $1,500 desktop model, but instead the laptop version with 5,888 graphic cores. This should offer similar performance to a RTX 3070Ti laptop gpu, which itself can pull about 10,500 points in Time Spy Graphics. 10,500 points is getting close to the score of a desktop class RTX 3060Ti, or roughly a RTX 2080.
Everyone clear on that? Yes, you in the back. No, the 3Dfx Voodoo 2 is not faster. Even in Sli. I'll repeat.
A4500 Mobile is a little bit slower than a desktop RTX 3060Ti, but has twice the memory at 16GB.
