I am considering something along those lines.... Lots of wasted space with a single 90mm. I really do not want to try and drill out the since it will be quite obvious where the modifications were made. A slim 120mm might just work. For the GPU side I plan to replace the built in cooler fan with two thin 90mm fans with ventilation on the base. If I can, I am going to jump on my CNC at work and replicate the hole/vent pattern found on the top half so that it too will look factory.
