Of course ModDIY has one but are in the process of updating there system so they will not accept orders... The problem with flex risers for this application is that they will prevent the GPU from going back far enough to fit in the case and will not provide any support. In order for a full height GPU to work some small overlap of the GPU and Mainboard have to occur... That simply will not be possible with a flex riser sticking out of the PCIE slot. The riser has to be integrated into the mount going into the PCIE on the mainboard or be very short (<4cm) and have a 90 degree change in orientation.
