The idea would just be to sell the components required for the conversion and for the customer to source their own One S shell. They are pretty cheap and easy to find on eBay. The one thing that might derail this idea though is the fact that 3D printing a large panel like this is not going to be cheap... My test file that I uploaded to shapeways was quoted at $154... That was not a optimized file so I am confident I can get it cheaper but not by much I don't think... I might have to explore other manufacturing methods.
