Cinebench simply increases the fan speed for a fast workload. Kinda like an image backup will have intermittent high fan speeds. But the Cinebench has a steady sustained workload at a steady increased fan speed.But that is NOT what is happening with this occasional full-speed fan howl, which is the same as the power supply full-speed fan howl that you will hear at startup!
