Takes up about as much space as an external brick, but is internal

Moddable to use 80mm Fan when acoustics are a concern, so more flexible than TFX
Integrated Auditive Load Feedback
The trick for good acoustics with FlexATX is either the 80mm fan mod or using a highly overspecced PSU. Other than that, it's the best of all the formfactors.
