I've tried finding info on COOj's website for positioning the water cooler in a Z-13.

After refitting my Corsair H100i from my Louqe Ghost S1 to the Z-13 there's an occasional rattle now coming from the pump.
Currently the block tubes are on the side of the memory (right side), with the rad tubes towards the front.
