The United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has issued formal warning letters to ASRock, Zotac, and Gigabyte for violations of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (MMWA). About time the CPSC and FTC reign these antics in. 👍

Hopefully with SCOTUS repealing Chevron--this doesn't get torpedoed. Although since FTX is using Magnuson, which was already passed by COngress--they should be on decent footing. But, IANAL.
