IIRC these solutions have very strict thermal limits (both ambient and heat generated) above which they straight up stop functioning as a cooling system. If you live in a hot climate or expect to be spending time in a hot climate with a computer cooled using a solution like this it may or may not be worth looking into in more detail before handing over cash money.
