these are the official lian li screws that ship with the case. that listing has been out of stock for a long time now. i've used those little ssd screws for a long time without issue. i think they're m3x4 or m3x4.8. you can find them super cheap. just make sure to not get countersunk m3 screws from the hardware store or somewhere online, they won't sit flush.
