All of this is possible and fairly easy to do as it have be successfully done hundreds of time like I've said, far from impossible.Look I am really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, all of this is easy to fix an non of my customers out of hundreds of them had such issues so we could have resolved that easily. I really tried to make the build as easy as possible and to write the manual the best that I could and I think I did a good job as I received largely positive feedback for that aspect of the case.
