Setting up my list

Hey guys i am getting my list ready for my m1 case already bought my psu:
Silverstone Sfx-l 800w
Going for these parts as of right now
3900x
Nitro + 5700 xt (shroud off noctua nf-a12x25 (2) )
Asus x570 impact
Sabrent 1tb nvme
Viper 4400mhz ram

My main question is what is the best possible cpu cooler i can put in here? Would it be a 240mm aio with 2 more noctua fans, or a air cooler? Also im assuming a 280mm radiator is out of the question? Thanks in advance!

I should add everything is ordered but the mobo and nvme.

You don't want ram faster than 3733 MHz for Ryzen, 3600 MHz is recommended.

You can actually run 3800mhz before diminishing return but if you look at that ram its top ranked samsung dies. So i can downclock to 3600mhz cl14 for less than half the price of equivalent ram. As for running 3800 depends on the silicon lottery of my chip. If it allows 1900 fclk ill run them at 3800mhz

hey, how's your building coming along? could you take a measure of how thick the card is without the shroud pls? My X1 case only has 45mm clearance so I'm considering if de-shroud + A12x15 fans would be possible. cheers!
