Yeah, I wouldn't expect or want you to violate an NDA.  But hopefully you got a bug in their ear to create a SFF version   Maybe also prod them a little about their warranty lacking compared to the competition...

Edit: I'll add that I was a happy user of their Vapor-X HD5770 for many years
