The sweet spot is either 37mm L9 or axp36 cu with a 75w/90w target (short duration, long duration) or 47mm axp47 cu with a 125w/145w target. Since the axp90-47 is so strong there isn't really much higher tdp gains by going to 55-60mm, but you get lower noise by unlocking 120mm fan models and lower ram temperatures.Axp90-47 is an excellent fit for Intel so you can tune them to a sweet spot around 125-145w. On the other hand Ryzen 7900 on L9 runs very cool and efficient and can beat the 13600k even at about 70 watts after tuning.
