So I want to SLI on this board but I also want to have an Intel 750 series PCIE ssd.
My question is will this work with a gpu in the top slot the ssd in the 2nd full size slot and another gpu in the last slot?

SLI will not work like that, the bottom slot only supports x4 and SLI currently requires at least x8 for both cards.

So to make SLI + an Intel 750 work on that board you will have to put a single-slot graphics card in the second slot to make enough room for the 750 in the bottom slot.

...or you get a PCI-e flexible extension ribbon and put the 750 in a 5th or +1 PCI slot in the case.

Have you considered an M.2 PCIe SSD ? Since it would be able to work with two two-slot GPUs in SLI and on this specific board it's actually placed better than most boards. Maybe you have a specific use-case where the Intel 750 shines, but the M.2 drives like the Samsung 950 Pro and Toshiba RD400 are quite close in general performance: http://www.anandtech.com/show/10328/the-toshiba-ocz-rd400-pcie-ssd-review
