Hi been fortunate enough to get my mitts on a Fc8 relatively cheaply and tempted to try a 2400g build in it. I'm aware it reqrequi the use of a nano dc-atx psu but I'm wondering if it's possible to shoe horn in an AC-DC unit like hdplex'in order to get rid of an external brick.

I'd take a good look at one of these guys:
https://www.hdplex.com/hdplex-inter...-19vdc-output-for-intel-nuc-and-thin-itx.html combined with an HDPlex 160W AC-DC or Dynamo Mini. Pretty sure benchmarks put the 2400G right around 67W peak draw. This little guy should be right on the money.

Cheers for the reply, aye that's what I'm planning on usingu glad to hear it should cope with the demands. Just not sure if there will be enough room round the motherboard to fit it, also I assume the ac-dc unit needs to be attached to a substantial bit of metal to help disperse the heat?
