Well at the moment I don't believe there is a 1660 ti that fits the incredibly small GC shell (~160 mm external depth) The vega nano pcb just squeezes in, I'm currently working on a custom air cooler for it. And for 3xxx processor I would likely go for the 3600 8c/16t, I can always upgrade later.
