I was thinking of making a custom case very similar to the corsair one. Two radiators, intake fans on top and bottom.

  • Case needs to be pretty airtight
  • Intake 140mm on both top and bottom
  • Sff psu above the motherboard, Gpu with powered riser on the other side of the case.
  • 2x flexible 240mm aio without any fans. E.g. http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/water-cooling/s24
  • Positive over negative pressure (like the corsair one) to keep the internals cooler
  • Extra room on bottom for radiator tubing. Kraken g12 on gpu, fan as exhaust
  • All internal components mounted to center panel, mounted to a frame.
Any tips on materials / how to keep it airtight? I'm planning the dimensions based on the corsair one and my current components. I have an aio with flexible tubing on both the cpu and the gpu currently. Any tips are welcome! I'm interested in what software you guys use for drafting, so far I just have some drawings and tubing flexibility tests

For making basic ideas, I'd use SketchUp - for doing anything in detail you want to use a 3D CAD with Sheet Metal support.
I love this idea but feel as if the radiators simply wouldn't get enough airflow. Maybe slim fans running extremely low RPM would help
