Kraken X52 for the CPU. As for GPU what’s the budget ?
Thanks very much for the replay
Is the x52 the best right now? Nothing newer better tested?? Seen too many videos recommending it
About the GPU no budget limit
But i want the best that fit these specs without heating or noise issue
I am not that much into 2080ti it is very expensive and over my need
I was thinking of 2080 super or rx5700xt

But which version of these is recommended with no heat issues

The Powercolor 5700 ITX might be worth a look since it’s good and also now comes in an ITX size.

First, let us know what your desired resolution and herz amount is :) A rx 5700xt is perfect for 1440p on 100+ fps on high settings and higher in optimised settings (depending on the games), but if you want 4k or really high fps in triple A games, it's better to 2080super. But the rx 5700xt can't be beat by the 2080super on price/performance.
Also, why the 3900x for gaming? If you shop for these high gpu's, do you also render or stream? Otherwise you are better of with the 3700x.

I want to play at 4k res
also my last build was 10 years ago
so i wanted the latest tech now thats why i decided on 3900

some people suggested the 2080Ti founder edition but it is around 400$ more than the others that fit this ncase
so any other suggestions regarding the GPU

If you are suggesting 2080 Super which i think is enough for me
which version should i consider only 2 pci slots using

4k 60fps the only card that can handle 4k high-ultra on games like shadow of the tomb raider is the 2080ti. The rtx 3000 series would be best for your needs. The 2080ti is waaaaay to expensive for the performance, so get it second hand or go 2080 super/rx 5700xt and go rtx 3000 or New amd when they come out. Real 4k gaming without any upscaling, is not for this generation gpu's.

But it's all about what games and what settings you want. The 3900x is great for high res gaming and to be future proof, coupled with the 3600mhz and an undervolt on the cpu and gpu with custom fan curves, you will have a nice and cool 12 core 4k gaming beast!

The c14s would be enough to run at 50% fan speed while gaming if you undervolt. I am at 30-40% with undervolt on the 3700x with temps on 60-65 degrees and custom fan curve.

Thanks very very much

I will go with 2080 super

1 last question
which one would you recommend
has the best performance and quietness and uses only 2 slots so I can put intake fans beneath it

The 2080 super can be oveclocked on the memory really good too, since it had the 2080ti memory, but they downclocked the speed!

For the models, easiest is a 2 slot card. The EVGA super black /super gaming are pure 2 slot cards, also the gigabyte gaming oc is a more budget card but also great!

Pick one of the cheapest of these cards or just for looks, performance isn't apart that much.

I can also highly recommend the gigabyte Aorus, EVGA XC ultra gaming and Asus strix card (all the 54mm cards). It's more difficult to build, but my strix fits like a glove, cools great and you can remove the shroud of these cards to put 2 12x25mm fans underneath. This will give you a free accelero for the best cooling solution in the ncase. This way the c14s can be intake and the fans exhaust on gpu. But a stock 54mm card cools great too!
You can also put 2 fans underneath the 2 slot cards, but it is louder due to turbulance between the fans and card. They also have to intake, the c14s is better as exhaust then I think. But it doenst make much of a difference.
