ASRock Technical has gotten back to my questions, and essentially, they say that it is normal.It might still be just me, but I still feel that it is interesting to think that at 90C, fan speeds should only run at 69%.I guess a more agressive fan curve will be more suitable for my liking.Below is the screenshot, for anyone wondering.
