The impact does, but it "limits" you to air cooling. I am not even sure if that stupendous m.2 card is allowing a side mounted radiator.I wanted to start with air cooling and eventually switch on a custom loop later on. On the other hand the vram looks good and the connectivity and high quality audio draw me to the impact board.
