The XC Ultra heatsink has metal tabs that stick and don’t allow you run fans on it bare, the tabs would hit the fan blades. I don’t get noticeable turbulence with the fans in their current position, the turbulence happened when they were on the inside of the case.the 10900K will be coolable if you use a 240mm AIO, it’s a bit too much for the C14S to handle under 100% load. I only game so the C14S works fine there. I’d recommend the noctua A12x25 over the NF12 for the AIO if the color doesn’t bother you, they are a better radiator fan.
